PICKERING -- Sasha Glavic has returned to where his CFL career started.

The Hamilton Tiger Cats announced on Tuesday that they have signed the non-import linebacker.

Glavic, a 6-foot-3, 191-lb. native of Pickering, spent the first two seasons (2007, 2008) of his career with the Ticats before being traded to the Saskatchewan Roughriders back in May. He was subsequently released by the Roughriders on June 25.

In 19 career games, the 26-year-old University of Windsor product has recorded 16 special teams tackles, one defensive tackle and one forced fumble.
