Dozens of Durham residents duped

DURHAM -- Arrest warrants have been issued for two men identified by police as the ringleaders of a scam that saw dozens of Durham residents swindled by paving companies. One of the suspects had been busted by Durham police but skipped bail and can't be found; both men are believed to have fled Ontario and may be operating their scam in the western provinces, police said.
