Crone column was not amusing

To the editor:

I found offensive Neil Crone's column Nativity kidnapping work of the devil, Feb. 3, in which the name of Jesus is flippantly used to give readers a chuckle.

A talented actor, comic and writer, Crone should know better. Christians are not amused when the name of their God and saviour is used just for laughs.
