OSHAWA -- The man who went on a murderous rampage Saturday in south Oshawa was due to appear in court this month on charges that included causing a disturbance. Gino Petralia, 47, was charged in January with causing a disturbance in a public place and dangerous driving after an incident at 605 Rossland Rd. in Whitby, site of the region's provincial offences courts, records indicate.
