Mini kabobs from Hospital for Sick Children website, www.sickkids.ca

 

Fruit (pineapple chunks, maraschine cherries, grapes, orange segments, cantaloupe balls, strawberries, etc.)
Vegetables (stuffed olives, pickle slices, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red and green peppers, etc.)
Cubed cooked meat (bologna, salami, etc.)
Cubed cheese
Long toothpicks
 

Serve these kabobs for an appetizer or as a light, cold meal. Thread a variety of diffferent combinations onto toothpicks. Arrange nicely on platter and service with crackers or bread.
