Ajax and Pickering girls can get pampered
AJAX -- Young women from Ajax and Pickering are invited to take care of themselves mind, body and soul at Spa Spectacular, hosted by The Youth Centre.
The free three-session workshop is open to young women aged 13-19. The program is on July 8, 15 and 22 from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at The Youth Centre, 360 Bayly St. W. in Ajax.
Activities include homemade spa treatments and learning about relaxation and stress management. A healthy snack will be provided.
