Carrie declared winner in Oshawa

OSHAWA -- Conservative incumbent Colin Carrie has been declared by Metroland Durham as the winner in Oshawa as his lead over NDP challenger Mike Shields continues to increase.  Five other incumbents successfully defended their seats in Durham Region ridings.
