Crash closes Thickson north of Taunton

WHITBY -- One man has been seriously injured after a car and a tractor trailer were involved in a collision on Thickson Road north of Taunton. The accident occurred about 4:45 a.m. and Durham Regional Police have closed Thickson between Taunton and Conlin Road while they investigate.  The lone man in the car was airlifted to hospital with what police describe as serious injuries.
