DURHAM -- Overnight snowfall has left slushy and sloppy road conditions just in tie for the trip to work or school for many in Durham Region. Up to 10 cm of snow fell overnight. And for many cleaning off the car will be the first challenge of the day. Plows have begun clearing major streets and no problems are reported on the major highways. The Ministry of Transportation says conditions range from slushy, to bare and wet, to partially snow covered on the provincially maintained routes. GO Transit reports that trains are running on ...
