Whitby girl struts her stuff in talent competition
Nine-year-old Rachel Barber lands top spot, beating out hundreds of hopefuls

WHITBY-- Rachel Barber is a champion. The nine-year-old won the International Presentation of Performers competition held in Vancouver. Rachel took first place out of 500 contestants in the singing, dancing, acting and modeling categories. November 19, 2008.
