We asked, What must Lou Rinaldi and the Liberals do to make Northumberland and Ontario a better place for all?
D. McGuinty should own up to the fact that the way he is solving the health care defecit is by cutting services and taking $400 a year from every ta payer - so who is reducing the defecit? I am. It was hard to vote Liberal this time but just could not stomach voting for a Progressive Conservative after the Port Hope Hospital fiasco.

Bring back photo radar to help take back control of our highways. It's far more cost effective than hiring hundreds of additional police officers, and it works! Opponents of photo radar are often the same minority creating the necessity for its deployment. Ask any highway patrol officer what difference in traffic behaviour was observed immediately following the removal of photo radar from Ontario highways in1995. We need control. We need safety. We need photo radar.

Port Hope
Lou should encourage the municipalities to get on board with the provincial environmental legislation governing the protection of the Oak Ridges Moraine in this riding!
