Suspect in bank heist sought

OSHAWA -- Police are seeking help in identifying a man who robbed an Oshawa bank Monday morning.

The suspect fled with cash stuffed into a plastic bag after the 10 a.m. heist at the Auto Workers Credit Union on Taunton Road at Ritson Road, Durham police said. No weapon was seen and no one was injured during the incident.

The bandit is a white man, aged 30 to 40 with a husky build, a clean-shaven face and a wide nose. He had a balaclava over his face and wore a black coat, grey jogging pants and black runners.
