COURTICE -- A couple are facing charges after police seized marijuana plants and dried pot at a Courtice residence.
Durham cops executing a search warrant at a Sandringham Drive home found 19 plants growing in the backyard and also seized more than a pound of dried pot, Sergeant Paul McCurbin said.
Christopher John Flood, 37, and Chandra Flood, 34, are charged with production of a controlled substance. Mr. Flood is also charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.
